Priority Shipping

Naked Knits uses USPS to ship all domestic orders. UPS is used for all international orders. Each NK order is shipped with a signature confirmation request, tracking information, and full insurance for the value of the item. Shipping is calculated upon checkout. All international orders are subject to taxes and duties. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information. Naked Knits does not assume responsibility for any lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen, we encourage you to contact your local post office to file an investigation claim. We will happily comply with the courier investigation.

All orders are processed the same day they are placed. Orders placed Monday to Friday before our shipping cut-off time of 3pm EST, and Saturday before our cut-off time of 11:00am, will be shipped the same day. All orders placed after the cut-off time will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be shipped the following business day.

If for some reason, you were unable to sign for your package and it is returned to our facility, we would be more than happy to re-ship it for you! Just send us an email with your details.

Each order is packed with 100% biodegradable kraft paper. The kraft paper has a slight rough texture. Please be careful when opening and unwrapping your package.

All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication. Our team has the authority to deny any purchases deemed fraudulent.
